These terms govern the use of disoic.com and the quotations and orders placed through it.

Quotations

Component prices and availability change with the market. Prices, stock and date codes are confirmed in writing on each quotation.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we confirm it by email. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment.

Product information

Descriptions, photographs and datasheet references on this site are provided for identification. The binding specification is the manufacturer part number on your quotation.

Quality and warranty

All goods are supplied under our published Quality Standard and the terms on our Warranty & Returns page.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are settled first by friendly negotiation, failing which by the courts of Shenzhen.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
