Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China, with tracking on every order.

Carriers

DHL, FedEx and UPS are our standard carriers. If your company has a preferred forwarder or a courier account, we are happy to ship on it.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Before dispatch we photograph the packed goods for your records — ESD-safe packing as standard, and moisture-barrier bags for moisture-sensitive parts in line with our Quality Standard.

Incoterms

Shipments are typically arranged as DAP / DDU. DDP can be arranged on request, and local pickup (Shenzhen / Hong Kong) is available by appointment.

Tracking

Your tracking number is shared by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
